PET POLICY
Only indoor adult cats and indoor adult dogs (at least one year old) are allowed, up to 2 pets per unit, each weighing no more than 25 lb. Small caged animals (birds, hamsters, gerbils, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, fish, hermit crabs, turtles, frogs, small lizards) are allowed without deposit or pet rent, limited to 2 (fish in reasonable amounts), with no more than three aquariums totaling 40 gallons.

Sherwood/Tualatin South is a large town off Interstate 5 just 12 miles south of Portland. The dynamic town is made up of cozy suburban neighborhoods, schools, and community parks that attract many residents. Many of the modern rentals are clustered in the far western and northeastern corners of town. The northeastern section of Sherwood/Tualatin South is also the commercial district.
